Campaign Rules
All campaigning plans must be submitted to the Election Committee and receive approval prior to the Campaign Period.
Physical campaign items are not to be left unattended.
If you are distributing any food items, only prepackaged food items by a licensed vendor will be allowed. Due to food safety concerns, homemade food items are strictly prohibited.

Campaign Collaterals

All campaign collaterals shall not contain any offensive, potentially offensive, or copyrighted material.
All campaign collaterals shall not bear the corporate NTU or WKWSCI logo
– please use “WKWSCI” instead of “WKW” in your copy.

All campaign collaterals must bear the official school stamp before being publicly displayed. Please obtain the stamp from the staff office's reception on level 4.

All campaign collaterals must be approved by the School via email.
Please send them to wkwsci-hongen@e.ntu.edu.sg

All campaign collaterals are to be put up with blue-tac on four corners of the posters and only within the WKWSCI building. No collaterals should be stuck on lift doors, pillar wraps, Lee Foundation Lecture Theatre walls (both exterior and interior) or toilets.

Campaigning is strictly individual. Candidates shall not campaign in a group.

There shall be no campaigning of any form or on any medium on Cooling Off Day, 12 September 2024. All campaigning collaterals must be removed then.

Candidates are allowed to vote in the portfolio that they are running for on Election Day.
Candidates are to adhere to all of the above rules and guidelines, as set by NTUSU; failure to do so will result in disqualification from the elections.
Go forth and conquer!
